These terms govern your use of Faye and fractalshare.com, operated by Fractal Share, Inc. (“Fractal Share”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Faye is an AI-assisted real-estate analysis platform: it retrieves property data, runs computations, and generates analyses and documents. Property data comes from public records and licensed providers; coverage and depth vary by market, and Faye labels the source and freshness of what it shows.

2. Not professional advice

Faye provides data and analytical tooling. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or appraisal advice, and its output is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed professional. In particular:

Valuation figures, comparable selections, and scores are computational aids, not opinions of value.
Appraisal-related documents Faye assembles are drafts prepared for review, completion, and signature by a licensed appraiser, who is solely responsible for the professional opinions in any signed report. Until signed, they are not appraisals. Documents labeled “not an appraisal” must not be represented as one.
Public-record data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Verify before you transact.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 and using Faye for business purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

resell, scrape, or bulk-export the underlying property database;
use the service to violate law, including fair-housing and privacy laws;
probe, disrupt, or circumvent security or rate limits;
misrepresent AI-generated drafts as signed professional work product.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of what you upload and the documents you generate. You grant us the license needed to store and process that content to operate the service. We do not sell it or share it with other customers. See the Privacy Policy for handling details.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Usage limits attach to each tier and we may throttle usage beyond them. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

7. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, models’ orchestration, and interface, is Fractal Share’s. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that output is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fractal Share will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify Fractal Share against claims arising from your content, your use of output in violation of these terms, or your violation of law, including any representation of unsigned drafts as professional work product.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 2, 5, and 7 through 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Connected accounts

You may connect third-party accounts (such as Google Gmail and Drive) to let Faye import your documents. You authorize Faye read-only access for that purpose only, you confirm you have the right to grant it, and you may revoke it at any time in Settings › Connections. Our use of Google data follows the Privacy Policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy Limited Use requirements, and is never used to train AI models.
